Story

Inspired by a true Hong Kong legal case, THE PROSECUTOR follows the story of a man who falsely pleads guilty to drug trafficking after being convicted. Despite the confession, the prosecutor (Donnie Yen), a veteran police officer handling the case, becomes convinced of the man’s innocence and carries out his own investigation to bring the real perpetrator to justice, risking both his career and his life.
